30 Calendar Day Refund or Replacement
If the employee placed by Accounting Advantage is terminated or resigns within the first thirty (30) calendar days of employment, we will re-fill the same position at not additional charge.
If we are unable to find a replacement, your placement fee will be refunded.

90 Calendar Day Free Replacement
If the employee is terminated or resigns beyond 30 and up to 90 days of employment, we will replace the position at no additional charge.

One Year Replacement Guarantee Program
If the employee is terminated or resigns beyond 90 days and up to one year of the employee's start date, we will re-fill the same position at 50% of the original placement fee cost
